USCIS to Increase Premium Processing Fee

Starting on December 2, 2019, USCIS will increase the premium processing fee for certain employment based petitions. The fee will rise from $1,410 to $1,440 for the Form I-129 (Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker) and Form I-140 (Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker).

Petitioners can use the premium processing service in certain employment-based cases to speed up processing times. The premium processing service guarantees a response from USCIS - approval, denial, or request for evidence - within 15 days. The premium processing fee is paid in addition to any applicable filing fees for the petition.
