Those filing N-400 form, Application for Naturalization, on or after December 12, 2022, will now have their Permanent Resident Cards (aka Green Cards) automatically extended up to 24 months without potentially having to fill out an I-90 form or request the Alien Documentation, Identification, and Telecommunications (ADIT) stamp in their passport.
