Dear Clients,

We would like to remind you that under the Immigration and Nationality Act, all noncitizens must carry their immigration documentation on their person at all times. This documentation includes I-94 Arrival-Departure Record, green card (I-551, Permanent Resident Card), Form I-20, a valid Employment Authorization Document (EAD card), Advance Parole (I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the U.S.), Form I-797 approval or extension receipt notice, I-485 Receipt Notice, or N-400 Receipt Notice, as appropriate to document status.

If you need to obtain your most recent I-94, you can do so by following this link: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/home .

We also advise that you reach out to our office in advance of any international travel.
