H-1B Registration Period for FY 2026 Announced

USCIS issued an announcement stating that “the initial registration period for the fiscal year 2026 H-1B cap will open at noon Eastern on March 7 and run through noon Eastern on March 24, 2025.” Employers can submit registrations for their prospective H-1B employees electronically through their USCIS online account. This year’s H-1B registration fee is $215 for each beneficiary.
