USCIS has announced that “certain […] TPS beneficiaries under the designations of El Salvador, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, and Sudan” will have their EAD validity date extended through March 9, 2025. USCIS indicates that a notice (Form I-797) will be sent out to everyone affected by this announcement and EAD extension.
