Visa Processing Fees to Change on Friday, April 13, 2012 |

On March 29, 2012, the U.S. Department of State announced that, effective April 13, 2012, visa processing fees for both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas will be adjusted. The fees for most nonimmigrant visa applications and Border Crossing Cards will increase; however, the fee for E visas (treaty traders and investors) and K (fiance(e)s of U.S. citizens) visas will decrease. All immigrant visa processing fees will decrease. Please see the Department of State's website here for the press release regarding these fee changes.
