Mumbai Erroneously Reports EB-2 Cut-off Dates |

A recent report from the U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai erroneously reported the EB-2 cut-off dates as "current" for India for February 2011. The State Department has since clarified that the Mumbai posting was incorrect. The cut-off date for EB-2 for the February 2011 Visa Bulletin for India is in fact May 8, 2006.
