USCIS Raleigh-Durham Field Office announced that, effective September 17, 2018, changes to the InfoPass process will be made. Specifically, the office will NOT be accepting walk-in requests or online scheduling of InfoPass appointments for information services. The Field Office stated that any appointments for document services (such as passport stamps or emergency advance parole) can be set up by contacting the USCIS Contact Center (1-833-472-8878).
