Global Entry Program In-Person Interviews at RDU Airport available for May 18-20
May 16th, 2016
For the month of May, applicants may complete the in-person interview portion of the Global Entry program application at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection established the Global Entry program as a means to expedite the travel process by providing those enrolled in the program with pre-screening. Upon arrival to the U.S., participants complete the inspections process by checking-in at automated kiosks available at several airports, and save time by not waiting in long lines.
The Global Entry program is available for certain eligible, low-risk travelers. To determine whether you are eligible, click here. Before being approved for enrollment in the program, applicants must undergo an extensive background check and in-person interview. An applicant may not interview until he or she is “conditionally approved.” Available appointment times for May 18-20 will be posted on the Global Entry website. Applicants, however, must start the application process now to benefit from the in-person interview spots available May 18-20 at RDU.
